Another entry from the Games with Gold program, #IDARB is really nothing more than a glorified Gamerscore-booster.
Even if you have friends to play with, there's a chance you'll all end up bored before the first hour is up. So it's a good thing the achievements in this game are insanely easy because there's nothing that will really jump out and grab you. It's not to say it's a bad game, but it really just doesn't have much depth.
To gain this achievement all you need to do is fully create 10 teams. You don't even need to name them anything logical, you could go with A-J or 1-10. You can essentially make the exact same team 10 times in a row and the achievement will unlock.
