Another entry from Ubisoft, Child of Light possesses a unique art style that, while it could translate to live action, would again no doubt lose something along the way. Aurora's trip through the land of Lemuria would do more to capture audience's hearts and imaginations by remaining in animated form, though there might also be potential in pushing the boundaries with something more along the lines of Coraline or ParaNorman. One big draw for such a film would be the vast array of characters accompanying Aurora on her journey. Mice who are archers, fairies who sport beards and Aurora's constant firefly companion could conceivably work in a live-action portrayal, but would undoubtedly be more at home in an animated setting.
