Anything with eyes, man, anything with eyes is just a no-go.

As such, developer Visceral Games lived up to their name by asking that you direct a super-sensitive needle point directly into hero Isaac Clarke's pupil. You need to carefully monitor Isaac's heart rate - and thereby, his rapid eye movement - alongside nudging the pixel-thin needle into just the right spot.

Anything less and the whole machine comes crashing down, as the sheer horror of having your eyes mashed in plays out onscreen.
