19. Dominic Monaghan's Dodgy Accent

Lord of the Rings and Lost star Dominic Monaghan appears in a small supporting role as protagonist Jack Joyce's brother, Will, who gets killed in the opening collapse of time.

Though the majority of the game's actors do splendid jobs with the material they have (especially Aidan Gillen and Lance Reddick), Monaghan's painfully transparent attempt at an American accent is more distracting and hilarious than anything.

The English actor is thankfully kept to the periphery of the story for the most part, though his few scenes also happen to be pivotal moments that bookend the narrative, and so pull us out of what should be a barmy, escapist thrill-ride.
