20 Best PS4 Exclusives - Ranked
From good to masterful.
The recent Ghost of Tsushima is the last major exclusive video game set to release on the PlayStation 4, what with Sony gearing up to drop the PlayStation 5 in a mere matter of months.
The PS4's legacy is best cemented by its impressively consistent lineup of exclusive titles you can't play anywhere else, an embarrassment of riches generally ranging from "pretty good" to "masterful."

For glossy, meticulously designed AAA entertainment, you couldn't really go wrong with the PS4 this gen, and this list is sure proof of why.
But as a caveat, our top 20 only includes games which are purely exclusive to the PS4, so sadly, Horizon Zero Dawn and Death Stranding's recently announced PC releases caused them to slide out of eligibility. Consider this namedrop an honourable mention, then...
20. Days Gone
Though SIE Bend Studio's open-world survival horror game didn't fully live up to its admittedly lofty expectations, it's nevertheless won itself a loyal cult of fans since release.
If those early hours are definitely a bit of a slog, Days Gone eventually finds its groove and delivers an entertaining entry into an undeniably over-saturated genre.
It doesn't do too much outside of the typical open-world formula, but there's a hypnotically addictive quality to the central gameplay loop, and it's frequently visually stunning to boot.
With a more consistent vision and less-troubled development cycle Days Gone could've been a masterpiece of the genre, but instead it settles for being solidly enjoyable.
