4. Eddie Low Chokes Children
Liberty City is full of all manner of intriguing characters through the events of GTA IV. But while some are entertaining in a likeable way, many others are virtual train-wrecks; you know you shouldn't be drawn to them, but you just can't look away.
Eddie Low, one of the characters encountered through random events, is just such a character. Eddie is basically made up of every serial killer stereotype you can think of, and the initial exchanges he has with a disturbed Niko actually start out in a fairly humorous manner.
Before long, though, Eddie's dialogue becomes so grotesque and disturbing that one has to wonder if it was really necessary to have such a character in the game. Killing him at the end of his second appearance is an absolute joy; Eddie Low was perhaps even more disturbed than Trevor Phillips.
