15. Jason Todd Is The Arkham Knight - Batman: Arkham Knight

The marketing for Batman: Arkham Knight was intriguingly centered around the mystery identity of its central villain, the Arkham Knight.

After thoroughly wringing The Joker dry across their franchise of games, it was refreshing to see Rocksteady place a new villain at the forefront, though within seconds of his reveal, many fans suspected that the Arkham Knight would turn out to be Jason Todd.

For starters, the Arkham Knight's story drew some clear parallels to Todd's own in the classic comic "Under the Red Hood," and nobody else from Batman lore would've really made much sense.

However, Rocksteady retorted by promising fans that the Arkham Knight would be an entirely new character, even as fans remained steadfast in their insistence that it would most likely be Jason.
