You can hardly blame people for going off their rocker when faced with the near-spontaneous appearance of the undead at their front door, but some of the guys Frank West has to face-off against in the zombie-infested Willamette Mall can barely be called human by the time the player encounters them. Defeating Adam will trigger a cutscene in which he falls, laughing hysterically, onto his own weapons as you watch on, hand-to-mouth, as blood oozes out of his chest cavity in every which way possible. It's not a trick, either. He's really dead.
