17. Moonstone: A Hard Days Knight

Up to four players at once, turn-based strategy, role-playing game elements and some of the best and most visceral sword combat ever seen in a game. Moonstone was a cult classic and those who played it get misty-eyed at the mention of the game today. A lot of players found Moonstone to be unforgivingly difficult. While the swordplay was immense fun and a joy to behold, it wasn€™t always easy to master, especially when coming face to face with the game€™s Dragons. Plus - it being a time when a lot less adults played games - Moonstone€™s complicated plot and objectives were lost on its large number of younger players. Despite its faults, those who mastered Moonstone€™s swordplay still remember it as one of the best Amiga games released.
