17. The Japanese Version Of Fallout 3 Won't Let You Detonate The Megaton Nuke

In the Japanese version of Fallout 3, the side quest "The Power of the Atom" is censored in a rather unique way. 

While all other versions of the game allow players to rig the Megaton nuke to detonate, the Japanese release cuts out the character Mister Burke, meaning you're never given the choice.

In case it somehow wasn't obvious why Japan opted to change the quest, it's because of their cultural sensitivity towards depictions of atomic bomb detonations in light of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.
