11. Velehk Sain - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

The Midden might be one of the most mysterious and least visited locations in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is a giant dungeon underneath the College of Winterhold, and although you have to explore a little bit of it as part of the College’s questline, most players will not be bothered to spelunk their way through the rest of it.

Not to mention, find the Midden’s hidden Deadra.

Velehk Sain is a Deadra known as the Pirate King of the Abecean. He is trapped inside a mysterious gauntlet in the Midden that the player can unlock by finding the four Ornamental Rings belonging to the four dead College students scattered around Skyrim.

Since the relic is already hard to find on its own, and it requires you to search the entire Skyrim map for unmarked corpses, most players don’t get the chance to release Velehk Sain from his prison.

However, if you do and then let him go without a fight, the Deadra will reward you with a treasure map that will lead you to a stash with over 3,000 gold’s worth of loot.

He’s called the Pirate King for a reason.
