What is it with Xbox exclusives and lengthy delays? Not only did Crackdown get announced two years ago, but Cuphead has been turning heads on a daily basis since 2014.
Thankfully, it's premise being 1930s animation twinned with run n' gun shooting, boss battles and a Mario-inspired overworld is a damn loveable one, and in what short bursts I've seen, it looks immaculate.

Watching the game in motion is enough to get anyone on board, and as the project was overhauled to incorporate a lengthier single player after initially being a series of bosses, it's going to be very interesting to see what the finished version feels like.
