The Roll 'n Rocker was designed to allow players to step on it and shift their weight in order to control the game. Sounds gimmicky, but potentially cool, right? Wrong. The Rock 'n Roller was just a big D-pad, meaning it could only be tilted in 4 directions.
14. Wii Car Adaptor
TK9KPlatform: Nintendo Wii Worst Feature: The loss of your no claims bonus that comes bundled with it. This one made us do a double take. We can understand charging your portable devices in the car, but actively running a game console? And not just an ordinary console, but one that requires you to flail around with another player? We're not sure whether anyone actually bought one of these accessories, but it sounds like a pretty terrible idea.
13. Atari Mindlink
AtariPlatform: Atari 2600 Worst Feature: The headaches that came with using the device. The Atari Mindlink was never released, and for good reason. Despite the peripheral's name, the Mindlink was controlled purely by the player's wriggling eyebrows. It was unreliable, and tests revealed that the device was prone to giving players nasty headaches after short periods of use.
