Sony and developer Sony Bend Studio will be hoping so, as Days Gone is going for zombie thrills in a big way. If you thought you’d seen a lot of zombies before, this PS4 exclusive looks set to redefine the term “a lot”. And they are fast, very fast. If you like the idea of a lot of fast zombies running at you as you try to escape and shoot as many as possible, keep reading.

Days Gone is one of the PS4’s most exciting upcoming exclusives, but details have been rather thin on the ground since its reveal and subsequent appearance at the PS4 Pro reveal event. We know this is a game set in a large open world, in which you survive the ever-present danger using a variety of stealth and combat techniques. There are vehicles, too, so hopefully it’ll be possible to pretend to be The Walking Dead’s Daryl, riding on a cool motorbike.
