10. Flamingo Costume - Hitman 2

The Hitman series has always had a thing for scattering secrets and easter eggs all over their maps, but what some players don't know is that some of these secrets can actually help them beat levels.

Like the humble flamingo costume, for example.

Putting on disguises is the signature mechanic of the Hitman series. Finding and donning different outfits is how Agent 47 can access restricted areas or avoid suspicion, but that's also about the extent of what your alternate identity can do.

This said, if you're on the Miami racetrack map and find yourself in the Flamingo mascot costume, the outfit can secretly unlock a special exit route.

On top of Kronstadt's helipad, you can spot a giant nest that doesn't seem to do anything, but if you approach it while wearing the Flamingo costume, the nest will turn into an exit route.

47 will approach the nest, and then a cutscene will play showing him flying away like the majestic flamingo that he totally is.

The secret is not only hilarious, but it also makes for a very convenient exit route after you kill Kronstadt.

A true win-win situation.
