11. Disney's Hercules

Perhaps the last truly great Disney game outside of Kingdom Hearts, Disney's Hercules was a continuation of the great Disney games you'd find on the Megadrive such as Aladdin and The Lion King.

Something about Disney's aesthetics and worlds just works brilliantly in 2D platformers/adventure games; in this case, Hercules' great art design comes together with fun gameplay to create a highly memorable experience.

Personally I have extremely fond memories of playing the same level over and over again on a demo disc I got free from some random magazine. As an adult I finally got my hands on the full game of Hercules, played through it and yup, it's still ace.
