Rockstar Games' long-awaited prequel to their hit sandbox western game is one of 2018's surest bets as far as quality gameplay goes, no doubt about it.

Though concrete details are still fairly thin on the ground, it's safe to say that RDR2 will deliver the cinematic thrills, rootin' tootin' Wild West aesthetic and loony gameplay fans expect from Rockstar.
Will the game have a character-switching mechanic like Grand Theft Auto V? Will John Marston make an appearance? And will the game feature a GTA V-esque multiplayer suite, ready for micro-transactions to be plugged in?

It all remains to be seen, but if this game is anything less than awesome, it'd be a total shocker.
