Introduced in the Resident Evil Remake for Gamecube, the Crimson Heads are a terrifying alternative to the common zombie. Not only do they look far scarier, they also have a terrible habit of sprinting after the player if they decide to make for the exit. Theyre also a lot more durable than the common zombie, and they absolutely love playing possum, lunge-attacking you when you least expect it. Your only tactic: removing the head or destroying the brain. Otherwise, theyll just keep getting back up, stronger than ever.
