30 Awesome Reasons To Stay Alive In 2015

By Jack Pooley /

20. Avengers: Age Of Ultron (May 1)

Joss Whedon attempts to top his stupendously entertaining 2012 superhero flick with a globe-trotting, star-studded follow-up, as The Avengers face off against an ultra-dangerous A.I., Ultron (James Spader), who is intent on destroying the human race. Joining the usual suspects are Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), while Paul Bettany will get a live action role as The Vision, and Andy Serkis has joined the production in an unspecified part, also live action. It'll take a mighty effort to live up to the brilliant originality of the original Avengers movie, but with Whedon's track record and a plot that's promising to leave a huge, indelible mark on the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Age of Ultron is going to (probably) be awesome.
