15. E3 (June 13-15)

E3 week is always a great time to be a gamer, as the latest and greatest in the video game world is unfurled on a lavish stage, alongside the usual Ubisoft cringe-fest and a ton of expected games that in fact never show up.

In recent years E3 has moved away from mere conferences and continually expanded into what's basically a week of reveals.

While this year's show might struggle to compete with the dream-making announcements of recent years (namely 2015's triple-whammy of Final Fantasy VII remake, The Last Guardian and Shenmue III), you should expect a ton of new titles announced for the Nintendo Switch, and of course, the inevitable reveal of Halo 6.
