Tomb Raider's executive producer Ron Rosenberg accidentally generated some negative hype for the title before it released, wrongly suggesting that the game featured a scene where Lara was in danger of being sexually assaulted.

The prospect of such an event never happened however; Rosenberg was referring to the scene in which Lara kills for the first time.
