Despite rumours last month suggesting that Dishonored 2 wouldn't be showing up at E3, the game made a debut during Bethesda's press conference (after its presence being leaked in an accidentally Twitch-streamed rehearsal the night before), showing off a pre-rendered CGI trailer which introduced female protagonist Emily Kaldwin (though the player can also play as a male assassin if they so wish). There wasn't a whole lot revealed about the game throughout E3, specifically no gameplay, but it was said that this time the player could complete the game without killing a single human being if they fancy an extra challenge. No concrete release date yet, but early 2016 is expected.
