Though Square Enix sadly didn't announce a release date for Kingdom Hearts 3 beyond the ambiguous "now in development" placeholder, the two-and-a-half-minute trailer certainly did turn a lot of heads, providing a brief but satisfying glimpse at the game's visually stunning worlds as well as its glorious-looking combat. The undeniable killer moment came as Sora faced off against a boss the size of a mountain, and cast a magic spell which caused him, Goofy and Donald Duck to ride a train out of thin air into the giant's massive face. By all accounts this one's still a long way off, but going from how silky smooth the gameplay looks, it could have Game of the Year 2018 already sewn up (hopefully 2017, though).
