Now, given that other speakers had a translator, why did Matsuda feel the need to try and speak English, resulting in only sometimes understandable speech? It killed the Square Enix conference's momentum stone dead, thought thankfully it was pretty much over by the time he got to the stage anyway (all the good stuff, at least).
