7. Rampage

Rampage was an arcade game from the 80s, which was ultimately ported to the NES, SMS and PS1. It also spawned a few sequels, the last of which only came in 2006. Rampage gave you the choice of 3 giant monsters, a gorilla, lizard or wolf. The gameplay saw you running through streets, climbing, punching and jumping on buildings to destroy them, throwing cars and eating people. A basic set-up but an oddly addictive one. As fun as Rampage was back in the day, if a new version were to be released, and not be an online mini game, it would need to be rebooted. The series had little to no story, which really wasnt a problem as it was all about monsters smashing buildings and eating people. However giving Rampage a story and rebooting it might just kill what the game was all about; mindless destruction. A new Rampage game might not simply be wishful thinking, a movie adaption of the game is in the works and thus a game could very likely follow suit.
