6. Lindsay Lohan Vs. Rockstar Games (Grand Theft Auto V)
The most recent example of this sort of thing on the list, Lohan recently prompted quite a stir by accusing Rockstar of using her likeness for their cover-girl and in-game character Lacey Jonas. The most hilarious thing - and what's really quite annoying if the rumours of this being the reason the Heist DLC is being delayed are true - is that the only thing propping up Lohan's claims is that the girl in the game is blonde, and is holding a cell phone... Now last we checked that doesn't narrow things down a whole lot. Even though Lohan's lawyers mentioned the fact that Jonas has a mission where you pick her up from a building resembling Lohan-favourite haunt Chateau Marmont - before shielding her from paparazzi - Rockstar aren't having to struggle to defend themselves, instead stating that the whole thing is clearly a large publicity stunt.
