3. A Top-Down Zelda Title

There's more chance of you being whisked away to the kingdom of Hyrule itself before another 3D Zelda title comes along so soon after Breath of the Wild, but don't go into hibernation just yet; Link could be back sooner than you think, albeit from a different perspective.

The Switch's biggest accomplishment, besides not becoming a blemish on Nintendo's hardware history like its predecessor, is that it's a gimmick that works: two consoles in one that can be played either on the go or from the comfort of your favorite chair.

Ninty, the marketing genius that it clearly is, can take full advantage of that image by pumping out games that would fit snugly into the category of handheld or console game, including top-down Zelda games akin to Four Swords Adventures or A Link to the Past.

The latter in particular, as well as its spiritual successor A Link Between Worlds, are often held on the same lofty pedestal as Ocarina and Majora's Mask, so there's certainly no lack of incentive on Nintendo's end.

In fact, such a thing could already be on the cards.
