Over a series of terminal entries and holotapes left behind by the former scientists working on the robot project, a sinister plot of kidnapping, deceit and harrowing gambles is exposed to have been lurking beneath the silly narrative the whole time. We won't spoil what actually went down in these underground labs to create the robots, but rest assured there's more to the story than what first meets the eye.
