9 Simple Ways To Fix Star Wars Battlefront 2

8. Implement A "Reservation" System For Heroes/Villains

You've slain the enemy, played the objective, saved your companions' skins and even retrieved an artefact or two - now you can play as Kylo Ren, or Darth Vader, or Darth Mau- oh, no... they're already in play.

Hmm.

Obviously it's understandable that DICE don't want scores of the same hero or villain running around, but there are few things as deflating in-game as working your ass off to unlock your favourite character - only to realise they're not available.

To fix this, let those who have the requisite amount of points essentially "reserve" the hero or villain to be played as next. You could cash in the necessary points against your favourite Sith Lord or whoever, and receive a prompt when they're available. This way it removes the "pot luck" aspect of hoping they're free whenever you visit the respawn screen, and discourages players killing themselves just to check.

Oh, and while we're on, why not give the option in-game to switch to heroes or villains? As it stands, you have to perform well to accrue enough points and then commit suicide or die to play as them. It's rather counterintuitive, to say the least.
