Amazon are reportedly giving out refunds to gamers who are disgruntled with the controversial ending to Mass Effect 3. Users on the BioWare Social Network are claiming that they are so unhappy about the ending that they have returned their copies of Mass Effect 3 they purchased from Amazon and the online retailer have granted full refunds, no questions asked and even if the game is opened (as it would be for you to be annoyed by the ending). User Lycius said; "Amazon is giving me a refund on my opened CE. Sweet! Maybe I can find another game that doesn't crush my soul to spend that $80 on." Amazon are generally good at giving refunds for items that have been unopened but they certainly have no obligation to refund when the item is opened and not defective. Usually they would allow the buyer to swap the product for another but instead Amazon can't be bothered with the aggro and are just giving out refunds.
