Before Connor had re-established the Assassins Guild in America, it was as you probably know, run by Achille's Davenport, the elderly man who takes Connor in as a ward in the opening chapters of the game. Achille's has lost sight of the Assassin's Creed completely by the time we join him, but you can't help get the feeling that back in the day, he was badass beyond measure. He was a solid character and while there was some revelation into his backstory, I couldn't help feeling that Ubisoft left room for much, much more. Which is why I'd be quite happy to have my questions answered in a nifty little DLC pack; sort of an add-on prequel if you like. Now, it's dubious as to whether Desmond could feasibly control Achille's using the Animus without creating a rather gaping plot hole but there's a simple way around this. A DLC pack simply adds a range of missions to the Davenport homestead, missions which basically entail Connor sitting down to listen to Achille's tales of the past. With that, we take control of his exploits through flashback. It's like an Animus within an Animus.
