Call of Duty has always been a little short-lived. The single-player campaigns can usually be completed in a brisk seven hours or so. If you put your mind to it, that can be done in one evening. Assassins Creed: Revelations meanwhile can take you up to 32 hours to complete if you do all the side quests. Kinda makes thats £45 asking price seem reasonable doesn't it? But obviously, Call Of Dutys party trick is the countless hours you can play online, and its easy to see why its become one of the most-played online games. But not everyone is in to that. With every new CoD game I bought, Id tell myself this is the game Ill really go to town on the multiplayer. And every year, after an hour or so, with my kill to death ratio looking in a bleak, sorry state and my confidence shattered because a 13-year-old American kid keeps calling me a fag, Ill give up and return to the campaign, in tears. £45 is a lot of money to spend to be insulted online, I get enough of that on Twitter.
