Assassin's Creed 3: 6 Reasons To Buy It Instead Of Black Ops 2

2. The Map Is Massive & There's Always Things To Do

Assassin€™s Creed III boasts three major settings; the cities of Boston and New York, where there€™ll be an abundance of activities to do and no doubt people to kill, and €˜The Frontier€™ - a sprawling countryside between the cities. This area alone is one and half times larger than Rome in Brotherhood, and that was pretty big. It€™s safe to say then ACIII open-word, sandbox setting is going to be overwhelmingly enormous with plenty of things to see and lots to explore. Out in the wild, where apparently 30% of game-play takes place, you can hunt animals and sell their skins €“ the cleaner the kill the more money you make. But as Connor Kenway, you€™re one with nature meaning navigating through the dense forest isn€™t a problem as you climb trees and mountains, run across tree branches and even paddle a little canoe. And thanks to the new weather system, winter will mean you can venture across frozen lakes and your enemies will struggle through the thick snow. Oh and let€™s not forget the naval battle side missions either. Meanwhile, Call of Duty, ironically, has never been one to promote freedom. It€™s all very linear and you can rarely deviate from the mission at hand.
