10. It's Called Arkham Legacy

Back in October, a leak from Twitter user @New_WabiSabi, who had accurately leaked a number of details revealed at last year's E3, tweeted that a new Batman game was on the horizon and that would be named Arkham Legacy.

An official announcement was rumoured at December's Game Awards, but that came and went with no Bat-news. Nevertheless, critics and observers have widely assumed that Legacy is likely the correct name and have tended to use it in reports.

What might this tell us about the game?

Well, for one thing it does prompt the idea that, in opposition to WB Montreal's previous prequel entry, this will take place after Arkham Knight and after Bruce's unmasking. "Legacy" could refer to either Bruce's legacy as Batman or the legacy of the events at Arkham in the earlier games.

Or it could be neither. There could be an element that goes back much further into Gotham's past and we could be dealing with a lingering legacy of Amadeus Arkham.
