Previously only heard from in the previous games, Barbara Gordon (the daughter of the Commissioner) heads up Bats' communications team alongside Alfred and assumedly Robin, being he popped up in City.

Just how much influence the newer Scott Snyder comics and their fleshing out of the 'Bat-Family' has on Rocksteady's take on the mythos is something we'll have to wait to find out.
