Yesterday saw the release of the newest Batman: Arkham Knight trailer Evening the Odds, which finally showed us the first glimpses of gameplay from Rocksteadys first next-gen release. One things for sure after feasting your eyes on the 2+ minutes of gameplay (cut in between sections of cutscene) we wont blame you if you ignore all your instincts and become tempted to beat your head against a brick-wall in an attempt to induce a concussion to bring around the games October release sooner. Shockingly, there has been a mixed response from the online community of Bat-fanatics to the trailer with some criticising Rocksteady and Warner Bros. for branding this a gameplay trailer when it contains clear cutscene elements. Thankfully, the majority have been able to appreciate the trailer for what it is and get suitably amped up for what is an incredibly tantalising trailer. With some 5-months to go until the games projected release-date, no one should be expecting Arkham Knight to get a complete gameplay trailer. A group of incredibly talented individuals still have a lot of work to do were just thankful that what they have chosen to show off looks so incredible and promises so much.The trailer isnt just intensely remarkable because it shows the rich detail Rocksteady are able to produce on the increased horsepower of the PS4 and Xbox One though. We are treated to several glimpses of some of the most exciting things we know to be included in the game; namely Scarecrow, the Batmobile and most importantly the Arkham Knight.
