We're back in the construction yard, this time in Vice City, and there are more builders giving us problems. Our boss, Avery Carrington, has his eye on a piece of development land. Trouble is, construction has already began and he can't use it. Solution? Jump in a "Top Fun" van, take control of a miniature remote control Goblin helicopter, sneak past security and goons alike, drop a couple of bombs here and there and hey presto! One very damaged building and a spanner in the works for those rival developers.
