If ever there was an example as to why you should never take drugs, this would be the best one. The Colombian Cartel have been distributing a meth-like drug known as SPANK to the inhabitants of Liberty City, and when we are lured to a parking lot by the wicked Catalina, we are blocked in by a bunch of enemies high on the stuff. A chorus of Joker-esque maniacal laughter ensues as the SPANKED up madmen charge at us wearing suicide bomb vests. Certainly an unusual mission, but watching them blow up to, well, kingdom come is a pretty good laugh. If someone offers you SPANK, say no, kids.
