7. Ganondorf Will Be The Antagonist

During the trailer, a creepy corpse is ever-present.

By the way the corpse wakes up at the end of the trailer with red glowing eyes, it is likely this will be the primary antagonist of the game.

But who is it? Most likely, Ganondorf.

The body has similar jewellery and the same hair colour as Ganondorf from Twilight Princess, which seems like an odd detail if it isn't Link's eternal nemesis.

With Calamity Ganon gone after the events of Breath of the Wild a new villain will need to take its place, and who better than the most iconic Zelda villain?

Seeing Ganondoft return to face Link and Zelda once again will truly be a treat, and you have to wonder if Nintendo are filling in the blanks as to what started the Calamity version of Ganon in the first place.
