Name a character from the first game that wasn't Jimmy or Gary.
It's hard, right? We've got "overweight nerd with his undone fly", "the homeless guy that teaches you new moves" and "the Principal", but that's about it.
Now, this entry is based entirely on the decision for Rockstar to outline character traits even at the concept art stage, but a different leak in June of last year showed they are designing people, more than just base cartoons.
A notable pick is "Abe", described as a "veteran of an unnamed war who lives in the woods". It's likely Abe will teach you abilities like Mr. Grant (the hobo) once did, but he's apparently "completely psychotic", "armed to the teeth", and only became a survivalist because his military backstory is made up, being he dodged the draft instead.
Rockstar's sly comment on the accessibility of firearms and our protagonist's way to acquire their first gun?
