4. Some "Collect Your Reward" Mission Solutions Are Obtuse As Hell

Another one that feels as though CDPR's UI guy was yet to take a full pass over the final build of the game, there are a couple of early-game quests you might end up abandoning, thinking they're bugged, when the solution is actually just hidden instead.

First is when you're told to "collect your gun from Wilson", in your apartment block.

Talking to him doesn't produce any unique dialogue and his inventory is filled with scores of potential weapons, with none of them being highlighted as yours, so... what gives? Well, turns out the "your gun" part relates to a pistol called "Dying Night", that if you look closely, is being offered for free.

That's the only thing that tells you it's V's pistol, but there you go.

Second is the free cyberware upgrade you're given from Wakako Okada, as you're only told to visit her ripperdoc Cassius Ryder, yet the same interaction occurs.

The solution here is to go into the Ripperdoc's Cyberware screen, then into the "Hands" section, and you'll see a "Tyger Claws Dermal Imprint" available for free, that lets you fire Smart weapons.

Again, unless you know exactly where to look, good luck finding either of these items for these quests.
