10. "Cyberpsychos" Are Story Mini-Bosses You Can Spare Or Kill

CDPR have even put their twist on the whole "over-levelled miniboss you'll find in the open-world" trope.

Here, higher-ranked mob boss types are called "Cyberpsychos", the name coming from those who have lost all their humanity from an overabundance of cybernetic implants and augments.

Each one will apparently come with a narrative reason as to why they finally fell off the deep end, and it'll be up to you whether they get spared or finally put to rest.
