4. Find All The Easter Eggs

Bungie

The social spaces in Destiny 2 are where you're going to find most of these Easter Eggs, with the exception of Randal the Vandal who makes an appearance in the EDZ. Yes, by the way, that was spaces with an 's', so if you haven't beaten the campaign there's going to be some spoilers coming your way in this entry.

The Farm has it's own little Easter Egg in the form of a special scouting "mission." You're going to have to complete a couple random tasks to obtain speed buffs like walking on the water wheel and doing some tightrope action between buildings. Eventually you'll activate checkpoints until you get the "scouting commander" buff - also trigger-able from the bonfire behind where you spawn in. This lets you run around faster than ever, also meaning you can boot the accompanying Farm football halfway across the map.

At the Tower, which makes a comeback after the campaign, you're going to find a handful of Easter Eggs.

First is a "floor is lava" game that when completed, will give you a similar buff to the one received on the Farm. Another will have you finding that purple ball original Destiny players know and love so much, seen below:

There's really zero point to these Easter Eggs outside of fan service or time-killing while your squad loads up, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try them. Bungie has been embracing the goofy side of this game recently, and these little gems show just that.
