Currently in beta at time of writing - meaning you can trigger some texture-based glitches or watch the game play out animations while you toggle poses - it's also a great way to listen to the game's soundtrack.

As Mick Gordon is currently hard at work mastering the various dynamically mixed tracks into their own full songs for the album, this is one of the only ways to just indulge in the audible side of the game, without anything getting in the way.

Keep in mind that Photo Mode essentially "freezes" that state of the game, so find a portion of the soundtrack you like - full-on action or something more subdued - hit Photo Mode and see what you're left with.

Mick Gordon, I salute you.
