24. Majin Buu

A position befitting his status as the 'weakest' of all Majin Buu's many incarnations, the rotund, confectionary-loving djinn packs a hefty punch with his rubber glove-protected paws and fluorescent pink ki blasts, but in terms of power level and general utility when compared with his co-stars, the big-bellied innocent can't quite compete.

A good portion of the character's weaknesses stem from his moveset promoting a zoning playstyle, but with only one projectile special (Sweeping Breath) at his disposal, Buu can struggle to keep opponents at bay.

There's also the small matter of Kid Buu. The unrestrained, pure evil version of Babadi's former servant is simply superior in every way when it comes to combat.
