With Trey Parker and Matt Stone providing a completely open collaboration with Obsidian Entertainment, South Park: The Stick of Truth, is inevitably going to be a spectacular title for fans of both RPG's and the creators' always outrageous show. The pairing unleashed the first gameplay trailer for the game upon the world. The trailer shows off how gamers will be tasked with creating a character, fighting alongside the four infamous boys, and this is all in order to gain a coveted spot next to their side, in South Park glory. The hilarious dialogue remains in tact, as well as the extremely recognizable art work. Obisidian has replicated the show's art direction to perfection. As Trey Parker took to the stage, he gave everyone a good laugh with a joke about the incredible advancements in technology. Here's what he had to say:
"How many times have you been watching an episode of South Park and thought, 'I'd like to be able to watch this on my television, while hooked into my mobile device, which is being controlled by my tablet device, which is hooked into my oven, all while sitting in the refrigerator.' Well we're not doing that, we're just making this game...it's an RPG."
