10. Quake Champions Is A PC Exclusive, Possibly Free-To-Play

Before we rejoice at the fact that a new Quake game is on the horizon, let's have a quiet moment of pause for the unfortunate console gamers who won't be able to play it.

That's right, Quake Champions was announced as a PC exclusive, a surprise considering how few FPS games aren't released on consoles these days.

In addition, many fans have understandably suspected that the game may end up free-to-play due to it being multiplayer-only and centered around eSports. There's no confirmation on that yet, but with the game due for release next year, we probably won't have to wait too long to get the details.
