The second half of EA's conference was basically devoted to covering their biggest release of the year, Star Wars Battlefront II, and boy, does it look like it's going to be a huge improvement over the last game or what?

Reportedly set to have three-times the content of 2015's Battlefront, complete with returning couch co-op, more multiplayer heroes and planets covering all Star Wars eras, a deeper progression system, a story campaign and a ton of free seasonal DLC, it's clear that EA has listened to the vocal feedback about the last game blatantly gouging consumers.

Though the rumoured lack of a season pass will probably mean an abundance of micro-transactions, it seems like Battlefront II will be teeming with content compared to its predecessor. Without question, this made the game the absolute gemstone of EA's rather uneven conference.
