3. Blizzard Unveils Diablo 4

Earlier this week, Blizzard published a job posting for a dungeon artist on "a new, unannounced Diablo project", the wording of which suggests that a fourth mainline Diablo game could be in the works rather than another port or remaster.

Could Blizzard drop the first teaser trailer at E3?

How Likely Is It?: The game's probably still in a fairly early stage of development if Blizzard's only just hiring a dungeon artist, so don't get your hopes up. However, it's also totally possible the posting is simply due to a personnel change mid-development, and Diablo 4 could certainly be coming sooner than we think.

An E3 tease for a 2019 release isn't out of the question at all.
