8. Arcade Gannon - Fallout: New Vegas

If you've played Fallout: New Vegas you'll likely already be aware of Caeser's Legion, a group of quasi-Roman fascists intent on taking over the Mojave by force and enslaving all those that fall afoul of their draconian ethical standards.

Caeser's Legion could have a list of their own with all of the depraved acts they commit, particularly the massacre and crucifixions at Nipton that the Courier witnesses.

If the player embarks on a playthrough while siding with the Legion, they are tasked with saving the group's leader and namesake from certain death after he slips into a coma.

While there several ways to do this, the one that makes it on to this list is the option to sell Follower's of the Apocalypse doctor Arcade Gannon into slavery to serve as Ceaser's personal physician.

If the player then goes on to complete the main questline siding with the nefarious Legion, they will be informed in the credits that after several years suffering in slavery, Gannon committed suicide by disembowelling himself with a surgical scalpel.
